It has been a pleasure shopping at Feral and watching the evolution and growth of the shop over the years. Friendly and knowledgeable service and a wide range of carefully selected new gear is available. The used section is very well organized and has high quality clothing and gear. Having traded/sold my own stuff to Feral, I feel that they make solid offers to the seller. Feral truly defines “shopping local” and, along with Parisi and a few other spots, serves as the anchors for the Berkeley shopping/dining scene.
Great selection of used gear, and easy to sell and exchange. Love shopping here. I've found gym clothes, camping and cycling gear, dog stuff, shoes, and some quality new stuff too. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Hope to see this company grow.
This place is great. Came in with a friend looking to buy some last minute gear for hiking in the Wind River Range and immediately we’re goofy, slapstick characters that would make most employees grimace but instead we were given so much help. Annabelle (not from Colorado) was so sweet and I really appreciated her dealing with us and offering suggestions. Would recommend FERAL to anyone, every city should have a store like this.
Excellent selection of new and lightly used outdoor gear! The Denver store is much larger than the Grand Rapids location.
