Outstanding customer service.
I was recently the victim of a cyber hack. Every app on my phone was hacked, and my debit card was compromised. I immediately called Builtwell Bank, who holds my personal bank accounts, and they froze my debit card and restricted my accounts within seconds. Every representative of the Monterey, TN branch were responsive, compassionate and beyond helpful to my needs. I am very thankful to have Builtwell Bank serving my banking needs.
Me and my daughter are new to Builtwell and everyone has been super helpful and nice. At the Monterey and the Clarkrange location. So glad I finally switched to them!
