I discovered my two light gray Flexsteel couches were discoloring weeks prior to my one year warranty expiring. I contacted Rhonda at Fenton Home Furnishings and she was wonderful. The whole process to correct the issue started March 2025 and yesterday, 9/12/2025, my new couches were delivered. Flexsteel repeatedly said they would not honor the warranty, but Rhonda kept pushing them.
