My nana went into a discharge to assess bed here at Blackpool in March 2024, the owner took her in knowing full well she was banned from taking in funded residents and then shipping her off to her Blackburn branch 2 days later without telling any family, she bribed me into sending her an email to cover her back telling me to say i asked her to move her there as it would be closer to us as a family. Dad was in this care home for 2 weeks for restbite I cannot believe this care home is not full as the service was five star all round and the care staff where extremely caring and helpful as for the price I don't know how they do it so cheap.

I have worked at the Feng Shui Care home now for some time and want to leave this review because I am so pleased that I came here as all the staff are extremely kind hearted and living towards the residents, I have been present when staff have held the hand if a resident and sang to him. The home gleams and the atmosphere is one of tranquillity. I highly recommend this care for your loved ones.

I worked in the care home for a number of years. The management team were supportive and gave me opportunities to build on my career. Meeting different residents and meeting the needs is what this care home gives. The care staff who do 12 hour shifts do an excellent job even during the pandemic that we had met every guideline and legislation to make sure that they keep themselves, each other and residents safe.
