Went in to order my usual drink today however they changed the menu up a bit and I could not find my go to. I tried to explain to the employee what I always get and she said she knew what drink I was referring to. When I received the drink it was incorrect. I told the employee it was incorrect and she said she could make me another one. I just left unsatisfied not wanting to pay an additional $8 for the correct drink. I love this place—hands down the best boba tea in the area! I always go for the Cookies & Cream Milk Tea, and the cheese foam on top is amazing. The service is consistently excellent. Whether I order in-store or online, my drinks are always ready quickly and made just right. The owners are amazing—always super friendly, and we always end up having great conversations whenever I stop by. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality boba and a warm, welcoming vibe.
