Love their boba and the atmosphere, it’s always a calm quiet place to go for a drink. Athena is a great boba-barista too!!
Athena was very friendly and ready to take our order as soon as we walked though the door! Great customer service!
I actually like their drinks. What i really really dislike is their lack of regular whole milk as an option and lack of transparency. I found out accidentally because I watched them pour oat milk. They were kind enough to remake it for me with milk, but when I watched them pour, they used Lactaid. North America: 36% of Americans and 50% of Canadians are lactose intolerant. That means 2/3 are fine with lactose. Who are you catering to?
We arrived at 8pm on Halloween when they typically close at 10pm and they were inside looking at us with the door locked and a sign saying “closed early for Halloween” then proceeded to let other people in because they were their “neighbors”. Also turned away 2 more people after we left. They lost our business and a quick 5 sales.
Best boba place ever!!!!! The staff are so nice and kind!
