Could not recommend Fen Pest enough! We had an ongoing pest problem and had been let down by other companies; I rang Owen in the evening and he was round the next morning with a solution. We haven’t heard any pest since! Great communication and knowledgeable!

Owen at Fen Pest was super responsive and arrived only 30 minutes after my call. He carried out a thorough investigation to find the source of the problem and left some interim measures until the item that was required to fix the problem arrived. Once the part was fitted he even did a third visit to ensure that the issue was rectified. The cost was very reasonable and didn't change from the initial estimate. Used Owen as we had a rodent in the cavity walls and loft. Owen came round within a day and managed to trap and remove 2 rats, getting rid of the problem straight away. Would highly recommend using this company. Very professional, friendly and the job gets done.

Was offered an appointment to deal with a Wasps nest, the next working day. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Offered to return if not eradicated within 2-3 days, at no extra cost.
