I was with Felser for YEARS, we won FECA, i did mpost of the work paid 2400.00 a year to send all the medical doctors notes, and this guy LOST MY NON GOVERNMENT PENSION and was adversarial in everything he did. Excuses, didnt know pension claims, i got my own FRB - private pension back - and HE NEVER EVER wanted to get into my defense with the department of labor folks. Don't use him..I just found out my case was closed due to his actions!!pissed off paid alot of money and he did nothing for me..still injured with no pay..all I did was waste my reserves!! My advice save yours!!
The previous 1 star reviews on Yelp were spot on, and I also wanted to give a 1 star, yet I never had an opportunity to utilize his services. Two minutes or less into his introduction their was a mention of a retainer fee. I respect that a lawyer's time is money. However, in certain instances, where does it hurt to give 2-3 sentences of advice? The consultation was one tracked and, at some point, downright condescending. Others will have their own opinion..... This Is Mine.
Unfortunately I have had to change my review. When I first hired Mr.Felser I had to dip into my retirement and paid him a total of $25,000 all together after 2 years. In which I never received compensation for even after winning my back pay from the USPS. I was promised that the second part of my case would go forward if we won the first round. Reviewed my OWCP file had a conference call for 30 minutes for a total cost of 1675.00, and the money was gone. Just like that😡
