I bought my daughter for an appointment for job coaching only two people addressed us, the woman at the front desk who checked in one of them and the person who was seeing my daughter. I never really been in this place the customer service as a parent and I have someone trying to see what this program is about I am not impressed. If you are part of the homeless community, this is the place for good meals and help
The staff is so kind. There are intereating groups here. You can call into the front office and reserve a meal if you're running late. Breakfast is usually light and lunch is tasty. Dinner is good too.

My brother had just died and all they had to say about him was he was "so difficult". I just read in his papers that he was afraid to call for an ambulance because someone was making him feel like a burden. Then he died of multiple organ failure.
