Had a family member who stayed here and had so many problems. The staff were provoking rather than supporting. They don’t respect residents and don’t have best interests in helping them. Sounds all good on website but I am a witness and have heard how they talk to and treat the residents. I understand being firm but there is a line between militant and harassment.
