Needed a tow due to a massive pothole.... Thanks city of mississauga. This guy dropped my NEW VEHICLE then lifted it with his truck. Yes I will be calling my insurance yes I will be coming for damages . Yes your driver called a friend and I was harassed because I was upset that my NEW VEHICLE was being damaged OH DID I MENTION the driver BLAMED ME.... IT WAS MY FAULT HE DROPPED MY CAR..

I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company. CAA dispatched Fellows Towing to assist with my vehicle after a flat tired and a trunk latch failure prevented access to the spare tire. We specifically advised that the vehicle required a flatbed tow. Despite this, a conventional tow truck was sent. We repeatedly advised the driver that our vehicle's ride height made it unsuitable for loading in the manner proposed. Bald Guy with Tattoos, possibly the owner. Unprofessional, rude and probably the worst service I’ve experienced. The guy is just straight up miserable and projects it to people around him. I hope he leaves that place and find peace and happiness. And someone stole my dad’s rayban sunglasses with the case and left my mom’s empty sunglass case.

This place is a big joke. The “manager” has no respect whatsoever. Swearing at me over the phone because I asked a simple question. No wonder this junk has two stars. what a miserable guy, I hope he finds peace in his heart someday

The experience was extremely unprofessional. When dispatch called, there was no greeting or communication—just an immediate request for a credit card. It’s surprising that a company operating under a 511 contract on the 401 provides such poor customer service. The tow truck driver also seemed inexperienced. Overall, not impressed. I list them on the black list.
