I would not endorse this lawyer. Ms. Sawicki is antiquated and exhibits condescending behavior if you disagree with her. One pro is her directness, although it can come across as arrogance.
Worked with them for a second time and they are always so wonderful. The whole team is great and always available for questions.
I cannot highly recommend Linda Fellen as a real estate attorney more! She is an absolute shark of a lawyer and helped navigate us through a very difficult closing on our home yesterday with such grace and patience (on our end). We went from closing on Friday to not closing for 2-6 weeks to closing on Friday within 30 hours and it is all because of her sharp wits and handling our very difficult lender, and seller's lawyer, title company.
