The service provided has usually been acceptable however I had noticed some quite difficult price rises over the last few years and I was potentially considering changing my CPA. The final straw has been when I was called and told to pick up my documents after my return had been filed. I requested they be posted to me as I am around 20-40 miles from their location and this had not been a problem previously. Additionally my return is a not inconsiderable $560 for our joint return. Rarely do I do reviews and try to only post publicly, the positive ones, but this is a special circumstance and was considering removing it once I had a resolution but then… there was a phone call and I admit I was not also the politest. I dropped my taxes off in I believe in February. Small business but it’s just my expenses and pay I received.
