Purchased an ethnicraft slice teak extendable table. The table was freighted in to Sydney with no issues or delay. Delighted with the service and the table looks spectacular.
BUYER BEWARE. I placed an order 29th May. 4 days later was advised The items were not in stock and were more than two months away from being in stock. 2nd June requested refund, this was confirmed that it would be processed. 2 weeks later still no refund and the director Syed says he’ll check on it and come back to me. Unacceptable to accept orders without stock, then have to continually follow up to try and get your money back.
I’ve shopped with Feliz twice now and both times have been impressed with communication and shipping. Would recommend. Thanks Syed!
