I've worked with Felix and Natalia now twice - to buy a condo, and subsequently to sell. I HIGHLY endorse them - very professional, responsive, trustworthy, and also reasonably priced. All questions were answered. The responsiveness was great, feels like they were on call 24/7 to help. They also were able to execute complex requests also - including helping with wires and power of attorney, as I could not always be in person. I would work with them again, and suggest them to anyone

We worked with Felix Nihamin and Associates in renting our first appartment in NYC .They helped me in solving the disputes which took place between my landlord and I.
