I couldn't get passed the person answering the phone. They say hello and that's it. I asked if this was Felher Trucking to which they responded how can I help you? I asked again and again if this was a trucking company. I seriously Don't know if I had the correct number. If it was Felher, how unproffesional! I have 19 loads to move in December and wanted to negotiate price. The warning signs rang through loud and clear if this was infact who I meant to call. I suppose I'll never know. Strange interaction to say the least.
