Added delay and more frustration than necessary
She was hired by my ex and turned a sad situation into turmoil with threats against me. While I know divorces are tough, I saw no efforts to ease any stress, only pitted soon to be ex-spouses further apart. All depends on the type of divorce you are seeking and how much more stress you want to add to the situation.
Petitioned for absurd continuances to block up the process, which caused an extreme amount of turmoil for the children of the family. Used Psychological Expert witness/JD that was very questionable in approach and unprofessional. To tie up and prolong the divorce process, and costing both parties tremendous resources is amoral! The best interest of our children was never considered during her overzealous litigation procedures allowed by Montgomery County court system.
