Bad customer service, bad communication, bad effort to provide any resolution. 3 months later and still no couch. Tried to charge me a restocking fee for a product they never had. There are plenty of other furniture stores in Manhattan. Do yourself a favor and start there.
Such a wonderful Lady in Concordia – The Concordia Store is wonderful with the right sales person. The sales Lady was so helpful. I had her running all over the store. Bless her heart. Up and down stairs. Couldn't make up my mind. She suggested so many alternatives. Showed me books. A+ to her. Because of her I now own a beautiful living room set. I did have mix feelings about going back to the store, since the last time I was waited on by a man, who was not helpful and did not even act like he wanted to sell me anything. But... read more
