I’ve bought a couple of pieces of equipment from Felder over the years. The sales team has always been fantastic and the team that handles the logistics around shipping are top-notch. I’ll call out Garrett for being a strong leader and outside working with everyone even though he could’ve been hiding in an office, he was out amongst his team and helping coordinate a very busy loading area. I will do business with this company again

Outstanding customer service experience from Darcie and Rod Purdun - Felder Great Lakes Region! I reached out to them for help with my N4400 bandsaw that suddenly stopped working. Darcie quickly submitted a request for technical support. Rod followed up and offered to help me resolve the problem. He was able to diagnose the power issue by patiently guiding me with the use of a voltage meter and reporting the readings back to him -all while staying on the phone with me.
