I purchased a Hammer A2-26 and only after uncrating the machine did I notice it was either dropped or more likely something extremely heavy fell on it. The weird thing was the crate wasn’t really damaged although it wasn’t reinforced much. I contacted Felder and started sending photos of all the damage. I worked with Garrett and he was extremely professional and truly wanted to correct this. Quickly he found another machine and made sure it had my name on it.
