I purchased a Hammer A2-26 and only after uncrating the machine did I notice it was either dropped or more likely something extremely heavy fell on it. The weird thing was the crate wasn’t really damaged although it wasn’t reinforced much. I contacted Felder and started sending photos of all the damage. Garrett and Jesse have been incredibly available pleasant and knowledgeable even though it was necessary for me to buy my Hammer C3 41 from a different distributor. Can’t thank them enough or recommend them strongly enough. Great gentlemen working for a great company.

My Felder 700 S Proffional saw/shaper that I purchased has increased the proficiency and quality of my furniture business. Couple of years ago I purchased the Hammer A3-41 jointer thickness planer. Another upgrade to my shop. This year my I will be upgrading my bandsaw with the Felder FB 610. My tool rep and customer service are out of this world. I am a one man shop. Felder has no parts available, no technicians available. Nobody answers the phone or calls back usually. They create a “ticket” that nobody follows up on. They don’t care about customers. Unfortunately a bad experience with our cnc and edgebander. We have been down on production several times waiting for service, parts or even just an answer.
