⭐ 1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Experience with Felder I normally don’t leave 1-star reviews, but unfortunately my experience with Felder has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a Felder Express machine for approximately $70,000, expecting the level of service and support that should come with a professional machine of this price. Let me start with the training. The A3 41 is amazing! It is a game changer. Working with the Delaware office was easy and pleasant. If you can afford it you definitely won’t regret it. The set up took me a few hours but it came calibrated out the box. I am extremely glad I contacted the Delaware office before my purchase. Cody was able to talk me through the purchase and setup prior to receiving it. It’s a very powerful machine which produces professional results.
I’ve bought a couple of pieces of equipment from Felder over the years. The sales team has always been fantastic and the team that handles the logistics around shipping are top-notch. I’ll call out Garrett for being a strong leader and outside working with everyone even though he could’ve been hiding in an office, he was out amongst his team and helping coordinate a very busy loading area. I will do business with this company again

I'm a Felder customer since 2014. Tablesaw still in daily use for 12 years, it's a beast. H80 router delivered last year.
