We used James for two years. I’m having to amend those returns to get deductions he missed. Bottom line: he’s a high priced data input clerk. First year, we got a first time client coupon for a $100 tax return. No problem besides the cat hair and cat smell in the office. Second year, I asked him some basic questions like how are qualified dividends taxed and why we’re getting an additional tax on income over a certain level.
