DO NOT MAKE AN S CORP WITH THIS FIRM! After paying nearly $1,000, I never got confirmation my S Corp was finalized months later, so I called the IRS and learned nothing went through, and my business was not converted. Then, when I informed Eleanor of her mistake about not filing a name change BEFORE filing the S Corp election (seems common sense even to me, and I never went to law school), she said to find a new attorney. I did private home care for one of his client. He was her attorney very deceitful not trustworthy An absolute shame to his profession should not be allowed to deal with the elderly. Conflict of interest he was her attorney then he allowed himself to be her personal representative, and for everyone’s knowledge, the courts does not monitor, or enforce their duties….

I contacted Richard Feigenbaum based a reference. I thought we had an established a date/time to meet but apparently, Richard did not put it on his calendar. I followed up with him after the missed call in which he apologized, but offered no rescheduled meeting. A series of emails followed in which it became clear he apparently had no interest in my business. Very disappointed. Maybe you will have more success with him?
