It was a waste of money and horrible experience. It reflects poorly on the management. Tempted to call the police and get this business shut down.
Why is it that management only response to the 5 star and do not address the one stars. There must be a reason. Such as I wanted to have a 90 min deep tissue massage and I really needed that for my legs due to the type of work I do but to be given a lackluster massage and then pay for such services at end and without response from the owner on how to better service the customer and at minimum try to make up for the under performing massage.
