I felt quite unappreciated at the end of this visit. I find it seemingly rude to ask a customer to tip more. That is seemingly rude and just simply not how customer service is done. I gave a $15.00 tip and was asked to bump it to $20.00. Since this was a gift for my mother and grandmother, I simply agreed and kept it pushing. But what if I simply couldn’t do that? It was a waste of money and horrible experience. It reflects poorly on the management. Tempted to call the police and get this business shut down.
