Really bad customer service once you paid for the shipment. They don’t care about your shipment once it’s paid. They don’t help you with any issues, they just don’t respond.

Hard to communicate with. Sorry but the owner, Chinese lady is very aggressive and not well educated as shouting to customers. It’s not logistics but looks like sketchy, dealing with only Chinese mandarin speakers. Due Due. Bai Bai. When you’re in Rome, do what Romans do!
