My husband and I booked the “bring a friend totally recovery package” What a wonderful mixture of health and healing modalities. We left feeling energised and restored both in body and mind. Will be recommending this to friends and will be back again soon.

I have never experienced most of these services From the moment I arrived to when I left Nathan the host guided me through each step and explained what the benefits of each was. The overall experience was amazing. And will return. I highly recommend anyone who is hesitant to let go and totally relax. The facilities were very clean and well presented. I felt amazing for hours after and felt the benefits for my body. Thank you Nathan
Great facility- offering infrared sauna - ice bath - compression boots ! Nice to have a place like this local to home
