Having never attended a Therapy Forest Walk, I was not really sure what to expect. I participated in this the day after returning home from a very busy 2 weeks away and it was the most wonderful, calming, centering experience. The Forest Walk really allowed me to look at my surroundings in a way that I never have. Jennifer was calm personified and her elderberry drink which she treated us to at the end was delicious.
