THIS CHAIR IS DANGEROUS TO THE ELDERLY. RESULTED IN HOSPITAL VISIT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Their chair injured my grandmother when she sat in it prior to paying, the movement of the chair to "try and remove" her resulted in injuries to her back resulting in in an inability to walk for 2 days, and us having to hire a wheelchair. The chair only gives you 10 seconds to pay before it sends metal rods into your back.

Have had a chair for about 4-5 years now. We use it regularly and it performs perfectly. Our favourite features are zero gravity, stretching and pressure massages. We had a few initial issues but George was out to fix them very quickly. Once we got over the initial teething issues everything has been perfect. I tried nearly every chair in Melbourne from 2k to 20K before buying. For me is was always about the right fit. I tried the massage chair vending machine at Epping Shopping Centre, and it was exactly what I needed! After walking around the shops, a quick 10-minute session was such a relief. The chair was surprisingly powerful, hitting all the right spots, especially in my lower back and shoulders. It felt like a mini spa session right in the middle of my shopping trip! Super easy to use, too – just tapped my card, and I was good to go. I’ll definitely be back for another session next time I’m in the centre.
