Only really massages the back and neck. Lower body and arms have no benefit. Not worth the size or price. False advertising with the prices on the chair and on the sign
THIS CHAIR IS DANGEROUS TO THE ELDERLY. RESULTED IN HOSPITAL VISIT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Their chair injured my grandmother when she sat in it prior to paying, the movement of the chair to "try and remove" her resulted in injuries to her back resulting in in an inability to walk for 2 days, and us having to hire a wheelchair. The chair only gives you 10 seconds to pay before it sends metal rods into your back.
Have had a chair for about 4-5 years now. We use it regularly and it performs perfectly. Our favourite features are zero gravity, stretching and pressure massages. We had a few initial issues but George was out to fix them very quickly. Once we got over the initial teething issues everything has been perfect. I tried nearly every chair in Melbourne from 2k to 20K before buying. For me is was always about the right fit.
