Bought my Miyakiwa Hikari chair about a month ago from Alex. Alex was straightforward and easy to deal with. Caleb the technician who delivered the chair is a real credit to the business. After some fitment issues, Caleb spoke to Alex and came back and got it sorted. Friendly and extremely competent. Very satisfied with chair and the company. Will do business again.

Three guys came to my house to deliver a massage chair for my mum from the get go you could tell they were professionals and took their roles seriously they came three days prior took their measurements and built a box for a corner stair step just for this job.
