I bought the 3D Shiatsu massage chair from feel good massage chair. The chair is so comfortable. It really worth . I use it everyday. The whole purchase process is smooth and easy. Isha is so good . She answered and replied to me very quickly. She even replied when she was on her day off. The delivery peoples are polite, friendly. Highly recommend this chair and this company .

It was a really big purchase for us and we have only had it 48hours but we are really happy so far. There are so many things to try. My only critique would be I had no idea it was coming the day of delivery and was at work. My daughter was home thank goodness. The delivery driver did call 30mins prior but I would not have been able to get back in 30mins. So I did miss out on any tips or questions about using. Great service. Owner call be back within 5 minutes of my out of office hours call. He walked me through the various chairs and the chair was delivered within 5 days. I received a follow up call once delivered and assured that the team were available anytime should I have a problem.
Great service. They took the time for me to try each chair, to find the right fit for me and my requirements. Gave the option for me to collect myself and were very competitive on price. Also gave me a healthy discount on an already discounted price. Overall very happy with the whole experience.
