Ordered my product months ago and still haven't received it nor have I received a email response about why it is taking so long!
My husband order some sweatpants for my birthday but inadvertently listed our previous residence under the shipping address...so totally his mistake. However, it seemed like all was not lost when he contacted FedEx and they said that could hold the package but sadly FedEx dropped the ball. I haven’t received my order yet, 100% on fedex but the customer service has been hands down the most pleasant experience! I messaged them through IG they replied instantly followed up with fedex and got no success. They have sent me a new package and even we’re so kind to split my package and send to two separate addresses since one was a gift. Excited to receive them!! Very happy this far.
