Biased and unreliable review platform Feefo asked me to submit reviews because 2 suppliers I’d purchased from had passed my data to them without my consent. The first review was rejected by Feefo. The second was edited and partially published. a) The reviews cannot be relied upon to be an accurate reflection of events. b) There has to be an invitation arising from a purchase to make a review. Therefore, no subsequent customer service reviews allowed. c) What happened to free speech?
I tried Feefo for the first (and last) time, and saw the content of a review deleted and the star rating I gave increased to five stars, seriously misrepresented my opinion, and wasting the time I'd spent writing it on spurious "moderation" grounds. I am lodging a formal complaint and expect to report them to trading standards.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with this company. They manipulate clients into signing agreements and show a complete lack of respect throughout the process. While they can easily point to the signed contract, the way they handle matters is highly unprofessional. I hope no one else has to go through what we did. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.
