UPDATEEE ON BOTTOM They are not transparent, I made an appointment with a specific person and was not even there when I arrived for my appointment. It took a week before they finally got to me. Last year, I had my taxes prepared by freedom and they informed me that opting for direct deposit would result in a deduction of over $200 from my refund on top of paying them because the "bank takes a cut".
