This store is 2 minutes from my house so it’s super convenient for me to come here but it seems like it’s going downhill. My bearded dragon is 2 and loves mealworms but when I started getting them from here, he started eating less and less. I figured he just wasn’t hungry until he got to the point where he didn’t care to eat at all. I went to a different store and bought some and he had no issue with them. Bummed out got here 5 mins before they closed to grab a bag of dog food and the doors were already locked.
I used to love them until they changed their rewards to where you have to wait months to get your free bag of food. It looks like ordering elsewhere online is cheaper and, now, more convenient. You shouldn't treat your loyal customers this way. I was a multiple decade customer smh...
