Always a good experience. We really like the dog wash. I have a German shepherd and two cats. The pet food is well priced and they take competitors coupons. Clean store. Max is always so helpful and kind. Great service.
Shelley, the store manager is so nice every time I come in. Always very helpful. Today she help me with my fish tank and very thankful for her knowledge

I left work early today to get my dog washed by myself and trim her nails. Arrived at 5:20 and was rudely told by both the cashier and manager that they were closed although it clearly states that they are open until 6 for those procedures. The so callled manager actually told me to leave the store! Nice Customer service!!!!!!. What a joke. This girl should not managing a kid’s lemonade stand.
the staff was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, beyond helpful! they walked us through a complete setup for our new bearded dragon! all for the best price around! soooo happy with them. thank you Max!
