Great store with a good selection, and I found exactly what I was looking for. However, the customer service needs improvement. The employees I spoke with lacked product knowledge and couldn't answer basic questions. When I asked where a specific item was, neither associate offered to help me look. My mother-in-law and I had to search the store ourselves, and she eventually found it. The inventory is great, but the staff training could use some work.
Friendly staff and I like that work with the local animal shelters.

Always a good experience. We really like the dog wash. I have a German shepherd and two cats. The pet food is well priced and they take competitors coupons. Clean store. Max is always so helpful and kind. Great service.
