Apparently the groomers quit and now they have 1 part time groomer. I went to the nail clinic unaware of that. Apparently now they are training associates that work at Feeders Supply to trim nails unsuccessfully. My dog was traumatized and bleed everywhere. I told the guy 3 times she was still bleeding and he said she wasn't. Finally a puddle of blood at the cash register proved him wrong. Staff is fantastic always smiles on there faces very helpful and there is one of your staff I think her name is Jess she is fantastic always helpful greets me before I even get in the door and a breath of fresh air you should give her a raise lol no but seriously thank you...
