After the tsc in Hendersonville shut their wash a few hours early I raced down here and was met by an incredibly sweet gentleman. I was able to wash my dog and finish before their wash shutdown time. We grabbed some snacks on the way out and he offered her a cookie which she loved. This is the nearest feeders to me (20 minutes or so away) and I’m willing to drive the distance for the experience I had today. Sold me a defective bearded dragon, claimed I must have dropped it, then refused to honor their 7 day guarantee and instead michael wanted to only offer half of my money back. Here is a picture from THEIR enclosure before we purchased him, and you can clearly see both his right front leg and right back leg are crazy swollen.
Employee Zay was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. When I was trying to check out, he ignored me completely and walked out of the store instead of assisting me. I have never experienced customer service like that before. If employees do not want to help customers, they should not be working in customer service positions. Management should seriously reconsider whether this employee represents the kind of professionalism they want in their store. I had been to this groomer before and had a wonderful experience with my previous groomer, who was so kind and attentive to my dog’s needs. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a completely different story and very disappointing. This time, I was assigned to a new groomer. When I went to check out, the price was double what I had booked online. This was our 2nd time here and I just want to say Thank you! We had an awsome experience with the groomer washing our fur babies. Now our 2nd visit was for a full groom. Again we say the groomer (Brittney) knows what she is doing. Other places make our fur baby look choppy. Not here, we highly recommend. Also the store is clean and the staff is friendly. We will be back and we will tell our friends/family.
