The girl with the piercing on her face and glasses is very rude! Not professional at all. My aunt was going to buy a baby snake and kept coming in checking on it and everytime she would be nasty to my aunt. I’ve been there a few times and her attitude is very nasty and unprofessional.
The white haired lady could use a friendlier attitude. She’s definitely was not trying to be helpful and treated us like we were illiterate about the pet in which we were interested. She refused a sale based on whether we were trust worthy or not to prepare set up for said pet like we were not responsible or ignorant. I promise you our pets live longer, healthier and happier than 90% of the fur babies and pets in the world.
