I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Feeders Supply on Winchester Rd in Lexington, KY. I went in to pick up an online order after receiving an email stating it was ready, only to find out that not everything I ordered was actually available. The order was part of a “buy 3, get 1 free” promotion, and because the missing item would have caused me to lose out on nearly a $30 box, I decided to just have part of the order refunded, which was one of the options I was given.
