I started going in there to buy my bird supplies. I noticed their birds are stuck in these tiny cages with NO toys. There is nothing for them to forage or play with. Birds are very intelligent and need to be stimulated. Especially the bigger bird that is by itself. The budgies at least have each other to socialize with. In my opinion this is abuse. There are so many toys for sale. It's like they can't take a few out the package to make sure their birds are happy and healthy. Very upsetting!

Pet food is pretty expensive here but the service makes up for it! It’s hard to find a place now where people are happy and helpful when you need it. Feeders has those people! I’ll gladly pay for the expensive food just to get the service they provide. Nice place.

Staff is very fake friendly when you ask about anything they seem to hate you ask. They lack personality and enjoyment. they will not greet you or welcome you in or talk about your needs. I go in here when I absolutely have to go in.

Wouldn’t recommend for grooming. I got so many reminders to be there at 9 am. So we did. Cat in the carrier stressed. Was told the groomer was running a few min late. Checked in again w front desk at 9:15. They reach out to groomer and told that she would be there at 9:30. 9:45 comes and goes and I left. Realizing that emergencies come up but if she was going to be that late- call the store so they can let me know and I can decide what to do. Won’t be trying that again.
