McKinsey is the best! She grooms my German Shepherd and I have to do a double take to make sure she's my dog when I pick her up. Lily loves McKinsey and she does a great job!
We made an appointment for our pet to be groomed on May 26 three months ago. On Sunday May 25 at 9:30 pm we were contacted and our appointment was moved from 9am to 2pm. The on Monday May 26 we received a call cancelling our appt. And moving it to Thursday May 29th. Today after the last call we decided to go and groom her ourselves. My husband has groomed her before in the Pet Washing station with no incidents. Waisted my holiday waiting for my dog to get groomed. Told last week Monday was a holiday but they said they were grooming that day so after getting put off 9 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon only to get rescheduled by them for Thursday.
