I’ve owned 6 rats in my time as a rat owner and the 3 that I bought here all died within a week of me having them. They sell sick rats and have TERRIBLE customer service. Do not go here.
Lizards all looked sick, feeder animals aren't treated with any respect. Saw mice fighting each other and coworkers were grabbing them by their tails.. They can de-glove their tails. That is part of their spine. So yea I don't recommend this place at all, Especially for pets. I'll go elsewhere for my frozen food, hate to see animals suffering
My husband and I went in there to view the tarantulas for our 2nd time in hopes to purchase one. There is a Curly Hair T without a tag/price listed. It looked like maybe 2 small handfuls of substrate tossed in, edges bare and nothing to burrow in (which they need). Plenty of crickets in there, no water, and the substrate was very dry. Heart breaking to make the decision to walk away, they will surely die in those conditions. I cannot give money to a business who treats their pets that way.
On 10/20 I walked into this store at 8:58pm. After seeing on the door they close at 9pm, I walked directly to the attendant and said that I know they were closing soon but I knew exactly what I needed and that it will be fast. I asked if that was ok. She looked at her phone and said no. She was pretty apologetic and then said she needed to close down the cash register.
