Store had my order ready in an hour. The only thing that I would ask that they improve on, is asking for IDs like the website says. Mine was in hand, ask the associate if she needed to see it & she shook her head no.
They are always super helpful and great to deal with.
Kelsey does a great job grooming. My dog feels so comfortable with her and is always excited to see her!
Called ahead to see if they had timothy hay bales in stock and they said they did. Never been to this location before as it not close to where I live or travel. They tried to sell me straw as timothy. Won't be going to this location again as it was a waste of time and gas.
