I called to confirm time I could pickup online order. A female presenting as a manager said the order would not be available for pickup for two days. I explained I needed it today. I offered to print out my receipts and bring it into the store so I could have it that evening AND so I wouldn’t have to pay yet again. I was told the same. She said they orders were so many because of Christmas it wasn’t possible to pull the order for 2 days, and could call on Monday. We love feeders supply! We’ve been loyal customers for years and years no matter where we’ve moved to. Our favorite perk is the free bag of food after so many. It’s what keeps us coming back, staying loyal, and it’s alway such a huge break right when we need it most. Our 2 dogs are larger breeds and they go through their food quick. Feeders has the best quality and customer service by far! And we love their little baked dog treats as well! Thanks for all you do for our extra family members, Feeders!!
