Cashier (young guy with glasses) was not listening and gave my $10 reward to my significant other who was checking out before myself (he let me enter my number in to get points). My S/O even purposely said “give it to her (for when I checked out next).” We didn’t realize he applied it right then. When it was my turn I asked him to use my reward and he acted like he did. Needed crickets for my kid’s lizard.. Waited in line to ask for assistance, they said they would send someone to help right away.. after standing and watching the employees do everything but help me, I went to the PetCo store down the road. I guess PetCo will be where we go now.
Fantastic selection of toys, treats, and gear! We purchased a hard-to-find dog food, as well as a harness. It is great to have a store to support, that is as well-stocked as the online shops.
