went in at 7:45pm to buy a bag of food for my cats. no employee in sight until i was walking out after standing at the front counter for at least ten minutes. if there’s one employee in the store, they shouldn’t be engrossed in helping one person find random things that they can’t keep an eye on the front and help others check out. not a great experience, probably won’t return and will be going out of my way to go to petsmart.
Your new manager Cory is literally chasing all of your good employees away. Feeders need to investigate this store very closely and hire manager who actually believes in team work
Great place
I came first thing in the morning to use their dog wash and it clearly had not been washed the night before. everything was gross and covered in hair. They only have one dog harness and one dryer so only one person can wash their dog at a time despite having 3 baths. Also, half of the shampoos were almost out . customer service was fine but for $15 dollars per bath, not worth it.
Half the tanks had ich in them and dead fish in every tank cloudy water 0/10 recommended
