My husband and I were going to buy a sold-by-owner house that was utilizing this lawyer to handle the legal side. After waiting almost 60 days for my earned commissions to be received, when the industry standard is less than 5 days, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication or interest Mr. Fedy placed on directing payment to my brokerage.
