My husband banks with this Bank. We had an issue with that being three $29 overdraft fees assessed to his account in one day for two purchases of $1.35 made at a vending machine at his job. He called and asked to speak with the branch manager who's name is Carol. This woman, after taking 10 mins to answer the call was rude off the top. He asked her to help him get an understanding of the fees and she basically told him she would give him a courtesy waive of one of the fees but she would do nothing else.
