Cannot fathom the inefficiencies of a so called global logistics organisation. Digital experience is as bad as the customer experience. It is a timewarp that an organisation like this exists in the modern world. Even unbelievable to think that someone gets paid top dollar to run this arm for the ANZ region. Document sent on Monday , picked up from a third party outlet - scanned and trackable - sits in Matraville until Wednesday and a paperwork exception is triggered . Absolutely atrocious service - pay $$$$$$ (yes thousands) for GERMANY to AUSTRALIA International PRIORITY for 3 cartons and takes 2 days to Australia, then 6 days to deliver 1 of 3 cartons, then another carton later and the 3rd carton not at all - just TERRIBLE

TNT, now Fedex, same people. Every time I have imports, or domestic shipments, all is well, no problems.

Very easy transaction to return a parcel, was a little confusing on the entry but the guard was helpful and staff on the desk were also good.
