Great pricing, speed and service! They do miss a few pickups if no room in the truck, but it's a very small percentage.
I had a very frustrating experience. My parcel was not delivered to my address, even though the address on my order was correct. I tried calling FedEx for hours but couldn't get through to anyone. The proof of delivery in the app showed a front door and parcel that were clearly not my house. Thankfully, my neighbour was kind enough to bring the parcel over to me, otherwise I would never have received it. This delivery could have easily been lost. FedEx needs to improve both delivery accuracy and customer support.
Very disappointing experience with TNT/FedEx in Western Australia. Even when I book a pickup, the driver often doesn't show up. When I have a large number of parcels (20+ heavy boxes), the driver always seems unhappy about collecting them. What concerns me most is that, on more than one occasion, the driver instructed my 12-year-old child to load all 20+ heavy parcels onto the truck by himself, while the driver simply stood there and watched. Messed up delivery twice and instead of waiting two minutes for me to get to the end of my driveway drove it 20 mintues away to a random Newsagency I've never used Actual rubbish
