Even if TNT is the only company and only option you have, don’t use this. Horrible drivers, horrible customer service. I would give a zero star rating if the option was available. This is the worst service I have ever experienced with a company. I can’t even begin to describe how terrible it is.
Never received parcel, told it belongs to someone else,no reimbursement, delivered to a different state and address,, but it has my tracking no.and I paid for it ,that's what I think of FedEx
Delivery Promised on Wednesday 04/-3/2026! No delivery took place! Requested updates, It showed package at Fedex Site in Perth WA. where I live. Thursday 05/03/2026 No Delivery again! Attempted to contact them but near nie impossible as you get blocked by AI etc. Managed to send an email tonight only to receive back a generic message blaming the War in Iran for the delays! That is strange because my package was in Australia before the war began!!?? No indication of when I will receive my parcel!! I strongly advise against us... read more
Every time I've been here they're always has been a long weight.
How this company became the well knownis beyond me. I could train a pigeon to send mail more effectively than this service.
