Very polite and welcoming
Rubbish service ,booked express service and upon phone call it been advised parcel will arrive at door by 5pm and aft all day wait on second phone call it been told parcel is ready for collection at their depot
Garbage Last Mile Delivery service - contractors over stretched and often don’t bother to call or leave a card.
After multiple failed delivery notifications while I was at home waiting, multiple customer complaints to FedEx with no response for months, and being stuck with another case, I am finally giving up. I have decided to change carriers. This is outrageous and the stress is unnecessary. You never attempted to deliver. You never attempted to improve the process. Period.
