worst delivery service i have seen in my life, they dont even deliver half the time, such a waste of my time

The worst experience ever not once but twice. Got a parcel sent from India with clear instructions. A week later I haven’t still received the package. The reason : we forgot to load in the truck. No communication provided. And the worst customer care service. I spoke to Nate last week and he had mentioned delivery will be done by Monday. Still no word, spoke to Diana and followed up just to tell me that the delivery was not loaded again. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Worst company ever they don't know how to deliver a parcel i still haven't received my parcel and it's been over 2 weeks, horrible experience
