The delivery driver never showed up and claimed out business is closed. So irresponsible.
Got my package on the day of expected delivery, a couple hours outside the estimated time but came the same day regardless. Quick to fly from HK to MEL.
My parcel was never delivered, and sat in the warehouse of Hallam for 8 days. Following this, i receive a 5 day late notification regarding my package had a failed delivery 5 days ago because they "Needed a signature". My package DID NOT require a SIGNATURE. NO NOTE was left. Generally disappointed but honestly expected after reading through these reviews. STAY AWAY from this facility if possible.

These people are just not on their game. They state lies on tracking just to stall so they don't look bad but boy are they bad. I have a camera and nobody attempted delivery. Tracking lies are just a excuse for their incompetence. You are not up to it plain and simple. Takes longer to get from Hallam to my address than from overseas. I hate liars
