Received small parcel to Coomera from California in a week (good), but it was left at front door in public view when there were 3 other safer options. Courier does not think beyond leaving at front door, taking photo, then leaves. I have driver on camera and door bell NOT rung. You'd think that was a basic thing to do, as it takes 1 second. Further update 17/1/26: Yet another abysmal delivery from FedEx with parcel left outside our garage in shared area & no security 😡 Update 2025: Great way to round out the year FedEx/TNT. You finally read delivery instructions & didn’t leave our package in the car park but this time threw it in a plant in the common area walkway. Still not at our ‘front door or porch’. Update 2025: Great way to round out the year FedEx/TNT. You finally read delivery instructions & didn’t leave our package in the car park but this time threw it in a plant in the common area walkway. Zero stars if that were an option My experience with FedEx delivery has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. I was repeatedly told my package would be delivered “today,” only for it to never arrive. This happened more than once.
