Shocking experience. Check fees carefully in writing before delivery. Never again.
Lol it was quicker to go to the sorting station to get my parcel rather than wait for it to be delivered. No drama's getting it once there though.
Waited all day at the delivery express for a parcel that was urgently needed. I watched the Fedex delivery truck drive past, with the driver looking directly at me/the delivery address. He turned the truck around and came back and drove past slowly AGAIN, this time I even waved while he looked at me standing directly in front of the delivery address. 11/7/25 UPDATE: Yet another failed delivery from Fedex today. They left an expensive item - which should have been signed for - in front of our garage. Not even at our front door but in a common area used by 4 different residents. What the actual!!!! Totally agree with all other reviews that Fedex Australia are the worst delivery company in Australia BUT they are the best non-delivery company. 3 orders = 3 non deliveries. I live in a townhouse in a gated community. Twice today a parcel was not delivered stating I was not home. I had provided a security code to enter the gate and have been in touch with FedX twice by phone. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this company. Very stressful and disappointing service
