Will not be using this courier again. Failed to deliver my shipment, misrepresented their attempt to do so, leading to several emails and phone calls to get my order delivered.
They don't register with my TEMU account and I have no idea who global Team Express are. They certainly made no effort to contact me on my email or phone number and it's only by painstakingly going back through A LONG LIST OF PRODUCTS that I have found several articles that was MAY have been too large to hold at the Armidale Australia Post office. It's taken much valuable time to track my items down and by the terms of their service they may have been returned to TEMU.
Very helpful answered all my questions and gave great assistance and advice.
Horrible customer service, constantly loosing parcels, freight is often late. Over priced. Use tamex and save yourself the issues this company forces onto customers.
The only freight service to use in the Armidale area as they deliver to your door the rest do not leave the 50 signs
