Really frustrated by the service - lack thereof. Friday, we weren't home for delivery. Friday night we entered a request for Monday delivery. Monday, no contact made, & it's impossible to call to make sure someone is in the office if we want to make an individual pickup (at least 45 minutes one way). The generic phone number sends you around the mulberry bush multiple times & even if you get through to an operator they can't tell you details - offer a 2-hour call back which means you can't get out to Montrose in time. Great Service ! Close to montrose bay and highway
Automated call service extremely unhelpful. Can't get through to anyone and stuck in a loop. Employ humans please. Cutting corners doesn't help anyone.
