Outstanding service by the FedEx team at Port Macquarie. I’ve had some shocking experiences with other carriers being let down and dealing with impossible customer service (if I can even talk to someone). FedEx seem to be in a league of their own in Port Mac and surrounds.
In the same industrial area as Expressway Spares... FedEx is on the right hand side and the signs are small/easy to miss. However once I was at the correct reception area, the staff were friendly and fast service.
Only used them twice and never ever again, I should have just drove it 5hrs myself at least I would know where the package is. And when you ring them up they just tell you that information from them isn't in the system,
